Returns and refunds

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened, worn, installed, colored, or altered in any way.

This policy helps us maintain the highest sanitary standards for all customers.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We understand that issues may occasionally occur, and we will gladly review returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item, length, or texture.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The hair has not been opened, untied, or handled in any way.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with tags, labels, and security ties intact.
  • The hair must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return authorization if approved.
  4. Once authorized, ship the product back to the address provided in the email.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be denied and returned to the customer.

Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved:

  • We will send the correct item or replacement after the original item has been received and inspected.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you will be issued a store credit or refund instead.

 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, all orders are considered final, as processing begins immediately to ensure timely shipment.

 

Quality Assurance

All Olúwalósèyí extensions go through a thorough quality control process before being shipped out.

Please inspect your hair upon arrival before removing tags or installing it. Once the hair is altered or used, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.
